Handmade items: To ensure the quality of each handmade product and the freshness of the materials, we reserve up to 2 weeks for each artisan. Please expect up to two weeks for production and processing time before shipping.

  • All Express orders will be prioritized for production, which usually takes only 1-3 working days before shipping.

If you need to modify the order, it may result in the order amount not meeting the previous shipping standards / coupons usage conditions, which may result in a reduction in the refund amount.
